All support tickets are responded to within a 12-hour period within the business week (Monday-Friday, 10AM-5PM Eastern Time). The only reasons we may not respond within this time frame are:

  1. It is a weekend, therefore our office is closed.*
  2. It is an observed holiday, again our office is closed.*
  3. For some odd reason, your support ticket did not come through.

If you submitted a support ticket in which you don't hear from us within the given 24-hour period (barring that it is a business day), there may be a chance that reason #3 happened. In this case, please call us or submit another ticket by clicking here:
