All submissions are responded to within a 12-hour period within the business week (Monday-Friday, 10AM-5PM Eastern Time). The only reasons we may not respond within this time frame are:
- It is a weekend, therefore our office is closed.*
- It is an observed holiday, again our office is closed.*
- For some odd reason, your support ticket did not come through.
