If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee your request.
If we're unable to honor your cancellation or modification request and should you decide you do not want your order upon receiving your package, you may initiate a return request within 30 days of placing your order. Per our Return Policy, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, unused, and in sellable condition, and return shipping will be your responsibility. If at any time you'd like to cancel or modify your recurring orders, we highly encourage you to cancel or modify your subscription a minimum of 2 business days before your next shipment is due to process.
To manage your subscription online, simply login to your 911 Health Shop Account using the email address associated with your subscription. If you do not have an account, simply sign up for a free account using the email address associated with your subscription to ensure you're able to review your subscription details.
