I wish I could say that there was an overall improvement in my well-being, but there was not. Even though I drink a half gallon of water every day; I became very constipated, which wasn't the case before I started using Super Reds! Maybe because I'm 73 and my body is just not used to these high-end nutritional supplements! I will try something else in the near future. Thanks
