Many people find it difficult to meet their daily calcium needs through diet alone, but the Weil Balanced Cal-Mag formula contains calcium citrate, which is better absorbed than other forms of calcium. Calcium Citrate is an easily absorbed, soluble and chelated form of Calcium preferred by many health and nutritional experts. It is less likely to cause constipation - a very real and uncomfortable problem with certain Calcium supplements.

Microcrystalline Cellulose, Vegetable Stearine, Croscarmellose Sodium, Calcium Stearate, Pharmaceutical Glaze.

Take 1 tablet, four times daily with meals.
