I had only been using this product for 6 wks when I went for my dental checkup & my dentist was very pleasantly surprised at how healthy my gums looked, esp since I hadn't been in for a while! My gums had bled very easily for yrs, & within that short time using the mouthwash, they had improved so much they didn't even bleed during a dental cleaning! Taste may be strong for some people, but can be diluted a lot & still work just as well.
