Garcinia 1000 contains a standardized extract of the fruit of the Garcinia cambogia tree. For many centuries this fruit, also called Malabar tamarind, has been valued in Southern India. The principal acid of garcinia fruit, (-)hydroxycitrate, has been shown to curb appetite and inhibit fatty acid synthesis (production) in animal studies. (Results of animal studies may not extrapolate to humans.)

Chromium (as chromium	150mcg
polynicotinate [ChromeMate(r)] & picolinate)
Garcinia Berry Extract (Citrin(r))	1000mg
Yielding 500 mg of hydroxycitric acid

Other Ingredients: stearic acid, acacia gum, modified cellulose gum, colloidal silicon dioxide and magnesium stearate.

1 tablet twice daily, approximately 1 hour before a meal. Do not exceed 2 tablets per day.
