Calcium (as calcium citrate,	800mg
ethanolamine phosphate & malate)
Ipriflavone (Ostivone(r))	600mg

Other Ingredients: sorbitol, stearic acid, modified cellulose gum, silica, and magnesium stearate.

2 Tablets twice daily, with breakfast and dinner. Taking calcium supplements with dinner offers added support until breakfast.
