Magnesium is involved in a multitude of metabolic processes, and is utilized by the body to support overall well-being. Foods high in magnesium include dark green leafy vegetables, beans, nuts, and whole unrefined grains. However, most people don't get enough magnesium due to soil depletion and poor eating habits. Magnesium Glycinate is "gentle magnesium" that is formed by attaching magnesium to the amino acid glycine. This aids absorption of magnesium across cell membranes.

Purified water, organic agave nectar, citric acid, potassium sorbate (0.2%), natural valencia orange oil, xanthan gum, natural flavor.

As a dietary supplement take 2 tablespoons (30 ml) once (1) a day preferably with a meal. Shake well before use. Refrigerate after opening.
