PGX (PolyGlycopleX) is a precise blend of naturally occurring water-soluble polysaccharides (fibers) that together, have highly unique and desirable properties for weight loss and overall good health. Each packet contains: PGX� (PolyGlycopleX�)................................. 2.5 g (Amorphophallus konjac, sodium alginate, xanthan gum)

Stir 1 packet (2.5 g) into 12 oz of cold water or juice and stir briskly. Drink additional water (at least 8 oz) after taking PGX. Use consistently before or with meals or with healthy snacks. Keep out of the reach of children.
