am a male and following directons on bottle started taking 2 per day last saturday...today is thursday 12/04 and have noticed puffiness around nipples,incredibly sensitive nipples and my now breasts just seem much fuller than before, have always been slightly over weight with that developed as a teen,also noticed much calmer mood, and as a side think my fingernails are growing like crazy....have also added saw palmetto,flax, and estrovern 3x per day....using a breast cream also 2x per day...think the results are fantastic
