Noticed results in 10 days only taking 2 a day instead of three. Did not need an afternoon nap, woke up in the morning feeling rested and had energy all day. I'll start taking 3 a day now since they don't upset my stomache at all! They are really big pills, but since they are in capsule form it is not too hard to take them.
