JL-66 Herbal Toner combines exotic extracts of herbs (Tibetan Saffron, Hamamelis, Japonica, Radix glycyrrhizae and Oat) to close the pores after cleansing. These ingredients restore skin tone and pH balance. It prepares the skin for application of moisturizing creams and lotions by removing cleanser residue and leaving a fine layer of moisture on the skin's surface. You will feel rejuvenated and your skin will feel completely cleansed, soothed, nourished, refreshed, and moisturized.
