Hyland's Sulphur 6X is a homeopathic medicine to relieve rashes and eczema. Sulphur eases skin diseases with itching, burning and dryness. Standing is uncomfortable to the patient who needs sulphur. Intensely burning, itching, inflamed eruptions that are worse from warmth and worse from bathing suggest a need for sulphur. Affected areas may be red, with scaling or crusted skin. Eruptions can be either dry or moist. Sulphur is sometimes helpful to people who have repeatedly used medications and ointments on their eczema without success. The touch of clothing, especially wool, can cause a rash or make it worse. Scratching seems irresistible, but disrupts and irritates the skin. Eruptions may be dry and scaly, or moist and infection-prone. Sulphur should relieve this.

Sulphur 6X HPUS in a lactose NF base.

Adults dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day, children 2 tablets as above.
