Hyland's Ignatia Amara 30X is a homeopathic medicine that provides relief for grief and emotional upset. Ignatia Amara relieves feeling of grief, disappointment, anxiety, anger often accompanied by nervous headache. Ignatia Amara can also relieve bedwetting in children and the elderly. Sensitive people who suffer grief or disappointment and try to keep the hurt inside may benefit from Ignatia Amara. Wanting not to cry or appear too vulnerable to others, they may seem guarded, defensive, and moody. They may also burst out laughing, or into tears, for no apparent reason. A feeling of a lump in the throat and heaviness in the chest with frequent sighing or yawning are strong indications for Ignatia. Insomnia (or excessive sleeping), headaches, and cramping pains in the abdomen and back are also often seen.

Ignatia Amara 30X HPUS in a lactose NF base.

Adults dissolve 4 tablets under tongue 4 times a day, children 2 tablets as above.
