Wool Flannel is 100% White Wool Flannel for use in castor oil packs. Home Health Wool Flannel contains no synthetics, and is reusable with an extra thick weave.�Castor oil is a vegetable oil popular for its multiple medicinal uses. The oil is obtained from the castor bean, which is technically a seed and not a member of the bean family. Castor oil is generally a very pale yellow liquid with mild odor or taste.

100% white wool flannel.

Fold the Wool Flannel in two to four thicknesses to a size large enough to cover the body area involved.� For abdominal application, the folded cloth should measure about 10 inches in width and 12 inches in length.� Pour castor oil into the flannel.� Cloth should be saturated but not dripping.� Apply saturated cloth to the body area planned for treatment.
