1. Brush your teeth as usual and let them dry, so that no moisture is left on the tooth surfaces. The dry teeth may not get in touch with the lips or the tongue.

2. Twist the bottom part of the pen until the gel is visible on the brush. Apply a thin layer of the whitening gel tooth by tooth in an up and down motion. If necessary, re-moisten the pen with gel.

3. The mouth should remain open, so the the gel can dry. The lips must not get in touch with the teeth for 60 seconds. Rinsing is not necessary. In order to obtain an optimal result, do not eat, drink, or smoke for 30 minutes after application. Shut the pen after use in order to avoid drying-out.
