Green Coffee refers to coffee beans that have not been roasted. Coffee grows on trees and the fruit is a berry. The beans are actually green seeds in the berry. Green Coffee extract (Coffea arabica) contains a variety of plant constituents, including high amounts of chlorogenic acid and other polyphenols, which research has shown may be responsible for the beneficial activity of Green Coffee. While roasting gives coffee beans a distinctive flavor, color and aroma, chlorogenic acid breaks down when the beans are roasted. In contrast, Green Coffee beans have little aroma and a bitter taste. In addition, Green Coffee beans have a high ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) value.

Green Coffee bean extract (coffea arabica) (standardized for 50% [200 mg] chlorogenic acid) 400mg.
Other Ingredients: Modified cellulose (vegetarian capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, silica.

As a dietary supplement for adults, take 1 capsule before a large or heavy meal, up to 3 times per day, or as recommended by a healthcare professional. Each serving contains no more than 8 mg of naturally-occurring caffeine.
