A dietary supplement to support weight management and hormonal balance in men and women. Dim Plex is a proprietary blend of Diindolylmethane (DIM) combined with Advantra-Z brand Zhi Shi, and Green Tea Extract designed to control appetite and increase thermogenesis.

2 Capsules contain 150 mg DIM (DIM is a proprietary blend of Diindolylmethane, Vitamin E as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate and Phosphatidylcholine), 150 mg Zhi Shi (Citrus aurantium) Fruit yielding 11.3 mg adrenergic amines, 750 mg Green Tea (camellia sinesis) Extract yielding 375 mg catechins/polyphenois, 105 mg epigallocatechin gallate, 52 mg caffeine. The Zhu-Shi used in this formula is Advantra Z brand a registered trademark of Nutratech. Caution: Not for use if pregnant. Seek advise from health care practitioner before use if on perscription medication. Other ingredients: gelatin, food grade starch, tocophersolan, vegetable stearate, silica.

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules in AM with mid-morning snack for the first week. Then take 2 capsules in AM with mid-morning snack and 2 capsules before 3 PM with afternoon snack.
