Acidophilus helps support a "friendly flora" environment in the colon while Bifidus, the most prevalent naturally occurring colon bacteria, further helps the colon bacteria, further helps the colon produce B-vitamins. Together these actions support both the intestinal tract and the immune system.

Suggested Use:

As a dietary suplement take one capsule two times a day, preferably with food and water. REFRIGERATE AFTER OPENING. (1 billion lactobacillus acidophilus, 1 billion lactobacillus bifidus at time of manufacture).
